No Internet Calling Account Message

i have an HTC one and as the title says i cant access names in the phonebook as a message comes up saying 'no internet calling account'

Has anybody else came across this and if so any solutions?

    Sounds like you've set your default dialler to voip, go into settings and see what dialler options you have.

    Settings; Call; Use Internet Calling; and select the middle option: Only for Internet calls.

    As I don't have a HTC I'm not exactly sure, but if you press the menu button when in the dialler or it might be in the main settings menu.
