  Why does it have to be a plate? Can't you just use the information from whatever source it comes from?

  I don't think such a thing exists.
  
  The general rule is - don't fill your plate to the extent that it's crammed full of food. Also, you can fill your plate with vegtables till your hearts content (except chips) its just the main item you need to watch the portion size of.

  The thing is, you could end up with a small plate with portion sizes on but end up piling them way too high!

  I usually go in thirds. 3rd protien, 3rd carb, 3rd veg. It's varies but it's around about that depending on the type of meal/cuisine.
