 Surely you cannot be 75 and you and me both must have been taught metric measurements when we were growing up, right heavy_rotation?
I should add that, having a science background, metric is the default standard for me.
I'm 19 lol. I guess we were taught it but for some reason myself and everyone I know in the UK uses feet and inches. I don't see the difference personally. I can just Google the difference if someone tells me their height using the metric measurement. :P

Taller than you.
Same as you.
As for the question, the answer is my case is 1 metre 75 cm.
Me too.
Old fashioned? I rarely see anyone use metres. It's what we were taught so naturally that's what we're used to and will use.
I used to have an extra half an inch, but I've shrunk.
I used to hate being tall but I don't mind it now.
I can't visualise how tall someone is if the measurement is given in new fangled metric.

I'm exactly the same! I don't exactly like it but I used to be really insecure about it.
Now I'm insecure about everything else.
