30 mins on the phone to BT sports.

We are on Sky and my husbands wants to watch the Man City v Liverpool match on BT Sports. Hes been on the phone to Sky and they said to call BT Sports. Hes been hanging on the phone to them for the last 30 mins is this normal ?? Its just ringing and then a message comes on saying sorry for keeping you waiting
