UGG Boot purchase............

Hello - recently went to NYC and bought my goddaughter some UGGS from Bloomingdales - she has worn them twice and now the sheepskin has pulled away from the seam on the inside leg - she is totally gutted poor kid.
Went to the UGG shop in London yesterday who frankly were no help and just said take them back to NYC - like I say very helpful.
They would not even give me the UK Head Office information so I could at least have a chat with them.
Seems a bit unreasonable to me - UGG boots are after all UGG boots no matter where you buy them.
Any one else had this type of experience - I did once with Levi - again bought in USA and were faulty - Levi UK changed without an issue.
Bloody ugly boots anyway

You could try giving them a call though and explaining the situation.

Also try calling/emailing who you did buy them from. If you send pictures, they may be willing to replace them without you sending them back. They are however entitled to request you send them back for inspection/testing before a replacement is made. Which is simply something you have to take in to consideration when buying from or while abroad.

Hi - thanks for the links people - but they won't except my return as they were bought in USA not via the website or from an Ugg store - did try that.

Have tried that - and the email won't go through - I think its something to do with not having an order number - have really tried everything like that - have even emailed Macys headoffice who own Bloomingdales and heard nothing.
Painful.

Try phoning the Store you purchased them from then.

Have actually phoned a couple of times - not managed to get through to the shoe department - am going to keep trying.
