Sitting in for Zoe Ball with Kirsten O'Brien (wasn't she the one on SmArt?) tomorrow morning from 6.00 to 8.00. A bit early for me, but there's always iPlayer

    Oh will have to listen to that, he was really funny when he was on with DT and CT.

    On second thoughts, Kirsten O'Brien is possibly the mpst annoying woman on TV. Hope she's better on radio or i'll have to switch off.

    I've just listened back to it on iPlayer. Wish I had made an effort to get up earlier so I could have emailed in to him.

    I laughed when he revealed how scared he is of flying in helicopters and the flight from London to Cardiff yesterday with Eve and Gareth. It was very windy so I think I would have been a bit scared as well!
