WOW 65! I just do not see the point of going through the horrors of a sex change at this late stage of his life. 65 year old women are not having their door beaten down by interested men!!!! No seriously, I cannot imagine the agony of feeling you are in the wrong body and playing a role your whole life.
Because maybe, just maybe, he's not doing this for anyone but himself. If he can live the last 10-15 years as a woman, that will make him so much happier than if he had to hide it for the rest of his life.
