Janine's voice in EE. It never used to annoy me when she was in it before her return and I couldn't work out why. Having watched some old episodes from 2001 recently I finally worked it out - Charlie Brooks now obviously smokes!

If we're counting past characters too surely it has to be dirty den, he's voice really grated on me! Present it has to be Sophie webster or Mercedes Mcqueen

Hmm, I thought it was the actor's (misguided) way of trying to sound like an eccentric character but then I've never heard him speak in real life, so who knows?
Roxy's voice in EE does my head in. She starts off at a normal level and THEN GET'S LOUDER AND LOUDER. Aaaarrrggghhhh. Someone should tell the actress shouting does not = dramatic acting.
Holly from Emmerdale's voice makes you want to kill yourself. As much as I love Peggy, there's times when her voice goes through me as well. And Fatboy's does my head in!
CS : Fiz - annoying as hell & Gail the voice matches her miserable face and storylines
EE : Jean - Blackboard being scraped & funny enough Janine . Was watching Mondays ep and started to get very irritated about how much screen time she was getting ....couldn't work out why as I used to think she was great, but realised it was her voice that was doing it to me
Love Phils voice when he is being a gentle bear and I used to love the accents in Brookside

Another one I can't stand, Mitzeeeeeeeee in Hollyoaks! It makes me cringe.
India's voice is also too posh for my liking although it isn't as annoying as the previously mentioned.
Her voice isn't whiny at all.
It's feminine and lovely and probably the best thing about her.
Worst soap voices:
The entire cast of coronation street. Can't stand that accent.
And "zainab" from Eastenders.
