    The hydro in Glasgow?

Simple minds and the stranglers have that booked for 28th.

To be honest every suitable venue is going to be booked - the last weekend in November is prime pre Christmas concert time. I really don't think any large venue is going to be available then.

4-4 in the third set between Mr Darcy and the Fed. So we may have another couple of hours to speculate on venues?:D

I don't think so, what about hydro in Glasgow

How big is it? Millennium Stadium definitely has a roof.

I like Laura TBH, but if there's not a major up-tick in form, then Heather should be his partner if he wants to play mixed. She's playing with him again at the Hopman Cup, and I think the reason he said he preferred Laura last time was that they'd played together. That excuse not there this time.

I like Laura too, and I very hope that she does return to winning ways.

Wasn't this tie just at the Hydro? It is too small for the people requirements. SECC is the larger venue.

That would be a great choice

Diversity have the SECC for 28th - and someone else has it on 27th?

Anywhere else - maybe my idea of a tent in Annabel Croft's back garden might not be such a bad idea.:D

The Albert Hall would be a great atmosphere.

Just watched a bit of streaming of the Darcis vs Dlebonis match - if we end uo going to Belgium prepare yourselves for hideous techno music at the changeovers - it's awful!
They have great support though - someone has a GIANT cutout of the head of a screaming Darcis - it must be about 8 foot tall - somewhat surreal!!

Darcis is now 4-2 up in the fourth set - so only two games away from victory.

Looks like the techno music it is then. GB had to have an away tie eventually - and its in about the closest possible venue to the UK so its almost at home.

I guess they won't have the same problem finding a suitable venue as not much happens there. I can recommend a great hotel if anyone is looking in Brussels.:D

There seemed to be more talk after the match with Sue and Andrew Castle about the venue for the final rather than any actual tennis. :D

When I was watching that I thought it will probably be held in Belgium after all this!! Even Sue had asked the Wimbledon peeps if it could be held there. How presumptious!! :D
