I get 120mbps via the Superhub 1 on 5ghz wifi.

I doubt the new one will solve your issues. Likely to be a set up problem.

I'd love to get one but not until they allow self installs

Slightly off topic but does anyone know if upgrading to the SuperHub 2 (self install) starts a new 12 month contract?

Ud have to ring vm as i know a change of service either upgrading or downgrading starts new contract apart from phone add on like caller id, 0870 add on and sky movies sky sports.

But for hardware im unsure. Normally u just have to pay for addional upgrade of hardware.

I rang CS (got through to the Indian call centre). They were very nice but insisted I pay £49.99 but with £15 credit back to my account. :(

I didn't argue since VM has slashed my VIP package by £240 for the next year! :D
