Notice how you skip the CIN single, you really should be a politcian. You're brilliant at avoiding questions and your spin on the tour being cut short was fantastic :D
Spice Girls are history now - thanks to Posh, they'll never reform. Still, you'll always have your memories Kenny
It's not spin - that's what happened.
Why would they cut short the highest grossing tour of 2007/8 in the world?
Are you trying to say that ticket sales were too poor?
Use your brain.
As for the CIN single Headlines (Friendship Never Ends) - 3 of the girls never wanted to release it, the record company insisted as they believed that it would promote the Greatest Hits and Tour... turns out a crappy, rushed ballad wasn't needed. The fact that these 5 pop icons were reuniting generated enough global buzz to sell out 47 dates globally.
But if you'd like to split hairs over UK single chart positions, then let's go..
Not still banging on about the Olympics are you?:yawn::sleep: And they did not steal the show, in your world of course they did, other's would disagree.
Well according to the Official Olympics channel, their performance at the Closing Ceremony is officially the second most watched clip of the entire 2012 Olympic games -beaten only by Usain Bolt's legendary, record breaking 100m win.

I'd say it's kind of stealing the show....
Oh you must be right then.
I wonder how many times you've watched it to bump up the figures :o:o
Nobody cares about the Spice Girls. Even the girls themselves don't care. Despite their feuds, Girls Aloud seem so much closer, and a better band as at least a few of them can sing. It's not 2000 any more, so washed up bands like the Spice Girls have no place in the industry.
Dear God are people actually debating who is more successful out of Girls Aloud and the Spice Girls? That's like debating who is more successful out of Girls Can't Catch and Girls Aloud. What next Destiny's Child V The Saturdays? TLC V Little Mix? The Supreme V Stooshe?

Nobody cares about The Spice Girls apart from the billions of people who tuned in to watch them perform at the Olympics Closing Ceremony (and the millions who re-watched the clip again and again) whilst Girls Aloud were sitting in their bedsits wishing they had been invited..
Nobody cares about the Spice Girls.. apart from the drones of people buying tickets for their new musical, Viva Forever! before the show has even premiered.
Girls Aloud have every right to celebrate 10 years since they were put together on a TV talent show (by Geri Halliwell.. irony.) And to be honest I will probably go and see one of the concerts... once the ticket prices have nose-dived to try to shift them.
But let's not get delusional here.
The Spice Girls are global icons who defined 1990's pop culture around the world...
Girls Aloud are one of many girl groups successful in the UK with a couple of catchy tunes.

Those people tuned in to watch the OLYMPICS. It wasn't a Spice Girls concert lmao. They didn't even look bothered. Victoria doesn't care about the band and neither does Mel B or Geri. IT'S OVER for them.
Steps' concert sold out, but that does not make them relevant in todays industry. You are living in the past. It's not the 90s/00s any more and nobody cares about this band. Girls Aloud are modern and can fit in, but the Spice Girls are has beens. That is the truth of the situation whether you care to accept that or not.

All five girls are extremely 'bothered' about the Spice brand at the moment - there is a lot of money to be made from Viva Forever!, a lot of consistant income for years to come providing Judy Craymer pulls of another Mamma Mia! affect.
As for your Olympics comment - The Spice Girls performance is officially the most watched moment of the entire event aside from Usain Bolt's 100m win.... Do I really need to say any more? lol.
Sorry but Girls Aloud have sold MORE than 4 millon records.
They sold 4.2 million singles.
380 & 600k & 400k & 500k & 1.1m & 800k album sales
3.78 milion albums.
In total 7.7 million records
Four million solo records (mostly Cheryl of course)
Yes Spice cannot beaten probably never but they're not in competition with each other, Girls Aloud competition is more Little Mix Stooshe The Saturdays and Sugababes. There's no point comparing groups to others from different time period. We may as well compare them all to The Nolans and The Supremes.
Girls Aloud have done very well. They actually deserve to have sold more records than have but yeah yeah Spice have more sales ten fold.
Personally i rate Girls Aloud very high as a pop act. They really are stellar almost flawless, some amazing singles. There albums are always good. They're the only current girlband currently that can sell out the most arena tour tickets too. Their last tour sold 300k tour tickets. Girls Aloud have done just under 1 million tour tickets sold they've done really well for a band that every one predicted would fail. :D
Why would they cut short the highest grossing tour of 2007/8 in the world?

spice girls are old and hagered not one of them can remotley sing even in there heyday.GA still look like supermodels and all but one can sing
Getting back to the track, it's not awful but it's nothing special. And it's probably the least appropriate title for a song ever, given that there's nothing new about it at all.
The individual solo parts are pretty good, and give it a decent amount of welly - But that euro-house melody that we've heard on approximately one bazillion songs, coupled with a weak and generic chorus combine to make this an inoffensive but largely forgettable song.
All five girls are extremely 'bothered' about the Spice brand at the moment - there is a lot of money to be made from Viva Forever!, a lot of consistant income for years to come providing Judy Craymer pulls of another Mamma Mia! affect.

Really LMAO. You could have parked a double decker bus in the distance between Victoria and the other girls. She doesn't care. Louis Walsh gave Mel B some Spice Girls dolls on The X Factor and she threw them all on the floor. She doesn't care either.
Yes they get a bit of money from this musical, but they are never ever ever getting back together, and they dislike each other. Not to mention they are all washed up and can't sing at all. You keep mentioning this Youtube video because that's the last you're going to see of them.
The Spice Girls will be grandmothers in a few years time any way.
But whatever now. Something New has really grown on me and I'm excited to see them perform now, I did miss seeing them together as a band, the video looks like they never left.

Girls Aloud: 1,2,3,2,2,2,1,4,7,4,9,6,3,4,1,5,3,9,1,10,11.
Spice Girls: 1,1,1,1,1,1,1,2,1,1,1,1,11.
Total record sales,
Girls Aloud: 4 million
Spice Girls: 80 million.
Does that address things enough for you?
