Tablet for console gaming?

Hi,

Does anyone know a way of achieving this? I'd like to connect my xbox or ps3 to a tablet. I've looked online for a lead or adapter and can't find anything so just wondering if it is actually possible.

I've got a galaxy tab2 8 inch but I'd be willing to buy a tablet that could support it?

Not sure I understand? You want you use the tablet as a screen for your gaming console? Wouldn't the screen be far too small? Or do you mean you want to use the game controllers for tablet games?

To basically use the tablet as a monitor.

Having posted on another forum I've been told it can't be done. I think a 10 inch tablet would be ok though.

As on the other thread, it can't be done.

The closest you could get would be to use a PS4 to stream to a PS Vita, or use a Wii U to stream to the Wii U Gamepad.

Why exactly do you want to do this? Is it because you want to take your console with you when you are away from home and need a monitor to hook up to?

Just buy a nice little monitor for a couple of hundred quid.
