  I use Paul Rankin's, it used to be on the BBC website but doesn't seem to be there anymore. Does come up if you Google it though.

  I have just made cupcakes using this recipe and it is is awful.
  They haven't risen at all and why is Plain flour used and not Self Raising flour ? I used Self Raising instead.
  They have come out of the oven and they have sunk
  I'll try again using a different recipe.
