How the hell would you know when to stop at the line?

One side of this junction has no lights while the other 3 do.

I think if someone's going the wrong way down a one-way road, a lack of traffic lights is the least of their problems!

If you look further up the road, there's a car parked in the wrong direction, so has made an illegal manoeuvre. I think the police should be informed:cool::p
