  Did you have to pay anything for activation or installation or just a over the phone upgrade? Did you have to ask any particular department or in a creative way?? lol

  phoned up, got upgrade & was told bill would now be £4 cheaper a month, superhub comes on thurs, charged for nothing

  Phoned up just there and they guy was great said not sure about area but I said that my neighbour got it no problem and he looked at my area and before he even told me it was done, my router (Apple Time Capsule) had restarted and I was on 100Mb. Said it was free and offered me a superhub but advised the router I had was better and to keep mine. If I wanted one he would send one and if I changed my mind and wanted one just to call. Downloading at full speeds from newsgroups and speed test confirmed! :-)
