James Corden - surely can't be true?

There are newspaper reports that a woman has married him. This is so very unlikely I presume that it is some kind of hoax? If by some weird twist, there is any truth in it, what has that poor poor woman done to deserve a fate like that? We should start a campaign to get her released as soon as possible.

    Unless I'm missing something, he comes across as a genuinely nice guy with a great personality :confused: She could do a hell of a lot worse, in my opinion.

    The only time I've ever found him tolerable is in Doctor Who, in which he was surprisingly good. If he did more serious acting and less of the "personality" lark, he wouldn't grate as much.

    Hilarious! Can't stand him either but there have been much, much weirder couples. Live & let live :)

    In real life he's probably a nice guy, but I agree with you about this TV personality he has.

    The more he sticks to acting and the less of the 'TV personality' I see, the more tolerant I am of him. I'd probably like him if he just concentrated on acting.

    Can understand that James Corden (and Karren) are not to everyones taste but it is deliberately OTT.

    From what I read a few weeks back he's acknowleded that his near-instant sucess turned him into a boorish prima donna but his new (now) wife grounded him and made him ( his choice I believe) change his ways. I'm not really a fan but good for them both, let's hope it stays that way!

    I saw the wedding pics online, no mag deal (refreshing just like Dermots) and the bride had a lovely dress.

    I think he has mentioned that he was a prat and that his father sat him down and told him this.

    He seems to have done well on Broadway following on from the West End so hopefully things will continue to go well for him.

    I agree. Probably a nice guy, but his public persona is a bit annoying. I do think he's got talent though.

    Still, I hope he and his wife have a happy life, and on a girly note...her wedding dress was gorgeous! :)

    The OP is a nasty piece of work. He/she hates just about everybody, the posts they made about Tim Lovejoy were just beyond belief in the vitriol and unpleasantness stakes.
