I have a galaxy s2, a ps3, teknika 3d tellt, 50" LG telly, alienware laptop, ipod nano 3rd gen, nexus 7 and galaxy note 10.1
I have no brand loyalty but as someone else poated I dislike Apple as I feel they limit the user. I tend to like Sony or Toshiba (went off Toshiba a bit after 2 laptops had an invertor failure which wiped out the screen).
Girlfriend has a 360, alienware lappy and a hp desktop which I have customised with more memory and a better gfx card. Obviously the telly's are shared. Oh and a Sony bluray player.
I have had only one real preference over the past console generation, and that was to Microsoft - I bought most of my current gen games on 360 because most of my friends had the same console, and it was easy to get them playing online. Achievement battles between friends were fun too. That didnt mean that I didnt buy a PS3 - I bought two in fact, one US and another UK. I can play US games (like NCAA Football), that I cant play on 360.
So yeah, I havent got loyalty, just a preference to get best value for my money. It's all about value, and that's why I havent bought a Wii U - it simply doesnt justify it's value to me with it's lineup.

you realise ps3 games are region free more or less
your 'american' ps3 games will work on your 'uk' ps3
although you would have to download any updates/dlc from the US store(which you can also have on your 'uk' ps3 )
For my money, Sony has the best first-party support in the world, something that Microsoft simply doesn't offer. Nintendo first-party games don't excite me in the slightest.
So as long as Sony has triple-A exclusive titles from the likes of Naughty Dog, Santa Monica Studios and Media Molecule, I don't see any other reason for me to get a different console.
In terms of overall brand loyalty:
Main TV - Sony
Phone - Samsung
Computer - HP
Handheld - PSP
MP3 Player - An old Nokia phone

You've confused not liking something, with it not existing there. On the slippery slope to fanboyism, the next step is to say how POWERFUL your console of choice is
Just to add, I think Nintendo has the best first part support, because without it there's no reason to own a Ninty console. MS and Sony are pretty even stevens, they have different types of exclusives though, so pick your poison. This really only amounts to a few games a year for both, exclusives seem to be getting thinner on the ground as the years go by.
I buy and have the most interest in Nintendo consoles/handhelds and their games as the stuff they offer appeals to me most, and I enjoy them more than others. However I also have consoles and a lot of games from the other companies too.
There aren't many other kind of products that I care enough about to be "loyal" to any other companies. I'm not interested in phones at all, I only buy a TV when I need to and I just whatever seems good at the time. Computers, nope, don't buy them regularly enough or care about them really.
The only other thing I can think of that would slightly qualify would be cameras. I've bought 3 SLR cameras and after the first one I only really have an interest in Canon ones, so I guess there's maybe that.

I bought a US PS3 as I had been given the MGS1, 2 and 3 PS2 games (US region) - I didnt buy the UK PS3 until recently.
Also, I have US and UK accounts of both machines and have bought DLC for both regions' games
I think I'm a mild MS fan out of sheer contrariness. I don't like Apple because of the snobbery and arty-fartiness that comes with their products and I turned against Sony (despite liking their consumer products and dealing with them for years) after the rabid fanboyism shown by the fans of PS1 and PS2.
Then there are the oh-so-clever people who always refer to Microsoft as 'M$'.
That's enough for me, I'll take it.

Simple things like I prefered the Trinitron tubes, prefered Beta (got Sony and Sanyo), HDV who else does it at an affordable price?
