The other problem is that everyone who doesn't list the full 10002 HM ends up distorting the result even if they don't vote tactically. At the extreme, If you want to help someone win you give them first place and then list no one else so they gain and no one else adds any points at all.

I also put Victor up a few places, and Nadia down a few places, because UBB had changed my opinions of them a bit.

Just add in the BB11 hm's, shift a few around if needs be.

Trying to put them all in order is proving more fun and more interesting than I expected.

It's also interesting to see which HMs I moved considerably up (such as Ben), and which down (such as Hira, Anouska, Aisleyne, Sam Pepper), compared to their 1-10 ratings, as it became clear they belonged above, or below, various others.
(There were a bunch of obscure BB 1-3 ones who also moved down when 3, or sometimes 4, proved too good a rating.)
(Before Ash fans get out their pitchforks, knives and poison darts, I will hasten to add that she is currently at 47, which is pretty good.)

Anyway, my current method is to rate each HM from 1 to 10, sort, and then adjust.

I had a few like that too. I had to google images, and only that did I have some glimmer of recognition...a lot of the were from BB8!
