Website randomly changing?

For the last few days I've had a problem where whatever website I'm on will randomly just go onto another website (usually an add or something or telling me to download something). Every few minutes it does it.
Have tried rebooting to an earlier point in time but that didn't work. It's becoming quite irritating.
Anyone got any ideas on what it could be?

This site give instructions for removing Babylon (malware) but the steps from Step 3 on are good advice for all malware infections
