Beeny's back tonight showing us how she's spending the money she's been paid for these series to tart up her huge mansion.
No doubt with a house in London, still pleading poverty.
I expect this will be of great interest to couples struggling to get on the property ladder, as to what you can do if you start of with half a million pounds and are able to throw a few hundred thousand more at a house that size.

Yes, this seemed strange.
It's appears usually a selective choice of people who are a bit dysfunctional for her other programmes (it makes for better TV, it's much the same in other "house" programmes).
There's nothing particularly ground-breaking about the advice she gives people, that isn't just plain common sense to most.
But some refuse to act upon it.
Seems endemic (almost). Tommy Walsh from "Ground Force" well after that series finished was reported to have had problems with the planning authorities on a property he owned.
Of course it is, but the sensible thing is to go to see them first. I've always found; "I wonder if you can help me with some professional advice?" works wonders.
They usually fall over backwards to put you on the right track.
It's isn't a good idea to start by approaching a project thinking "I wonder how I can get round the regs."
In my experience planning departments do not communicate with each other and cover their arses when you catch them out with deny, deny, deny ( in other words all correspondence was lost/ misfiled), couple that with nosey neighbours and it can be a nightmare.
I love the house and think what they are doing with it is fabulous.
Council Jobsworths. It is obvious they have it in for Sarah and Graham.
The constant repetition of certain clips put me in mind of Animal Park and I fully expected to see Ben Fogle appear round a corner at any moment.
It was bugging me I couldnt place the voice, thanks for this
The new house manager is going to have a mutiny on her hands before the end of the series .
Good to see the house being restored tho'.
Not sure that is entirely true.
By the sounds of it - they had applied for a licence to hold wedding ceremonies - but hadn't applied for planning permission for a change of use of the property.
Perhaps council departments could communicate a bit better - but the error still lies with the owners of the property if they didn't secure the correct permissions.
You cant read too much into what happens on the show. Some people may have perfectly valid justification for ignoring the advice given - but unless their justification is aired - they just look wrong/stupid.
If you watch an episode of property ladder - much of the explanation given by Sarah is in the form of voice-overs. These voice-overs are recorded after the development has been completed - and so she (or the production team) will know everything that has gone right and wrong. Its easy to give advice or explain what went wrong when you have the luxury of hindsight
I made exactly this comment to my wife. Any sensible person would have run an extension lead into the room with a couple of twin head halogen work lights (~£25 each)
It was done for dramatic effect - nothing more.
Exactly my point. They lose the trust of the audience with these charades.
We actually LOLd at the "cat crisis" part.
The initial camera angle made it look like the cat was many feet up a large tree - which dad had to bravely climb in order to assure the safety of kitty, whilst nervous children looked on with nail biting anticipation.
When the cat was finally retrieved - the camera angle revealed it was only about 6ft off the ground
Talk about scraping the bottom of the drama barrel.
I like Sarah Beeny and she doesn't mind getting her hands dirty.
Nice tits.
As for being hands on and helping with the work on the house it has become obvious that these are set-ups purely for the benefit of the cameras. But I am getting annoyed at the over dramatisations of events and these sudden touch and go deadlines they like inventing.
