Hormone blood tests (PCOS/thyroid) accuracy after morning after pill?

Hello all. Bit of background info - I had the contraceptive implant nexplanon for about 2.5 years, had it taken out early July 2013 and got my first period late september 2013, with a regular cycle of 33 days from then on.

On December 26th we had an accident with a condom (I would've been ovulating) and I had to take the morning after pill Levonelle 1500, I took this within less than an hour of having sex! My period was due on 9th jan but I got a light 5 day bleed (my usual length) on 5th jan, which was to be expected after the MAP.

Since then, I have missed 3 periods. I was seeing a urologist for another reason (the reason I had to come off contraception - so no lectures about going on anything) and they confirmed on two occasions a negative pregnancy test, so I know this isn't the issue.

I went to see my doctor about not having periods, and they said it can take this long to start up a cycle again but that they are sending me for a blood test for thyroids and PCOS just to be sure.

My question is, will the hormone levels be accurate because of the MAP messing them about? I am certain this is all due to the synthetic hormones in the contraception. I am concerned that I will get incorrect results and be diagnosed with a problem that I don't have, all due to the MAP hormones.

Is there anyone that can tell me will this affect the accuracy?

To be honest, this is a speculative question dependent on a specific set of circumstances and it's probably best answered by your regular GP or your specialist consultant. I do hope that things get better for you though.

You say you took the MAP in Jan?
I'm pretty sure it'll be out of your system by now and unlikely to affect any blood test results.

Yes, but I mean it has obviously affected my hormones hence the absent periods, so I'm concerned about a wrong diagnosis due to that. I've always had regular natural periods when not on contraception of any kind.
