Also the older a child is the harder it is to find them adoptive homes so the poor kids end up being in the system longer and longer.:(
Yes, there is a major problem with councils not allowing trans-racial and also trans-religious adoption and this disproportionately impacts BME children.

depends on the father. if he was always doing crime then that would get passed on the black boy. it's up to the people who adopted him/her to take the crime out of him.
A question yes but with no evidence to back up your questioning or even adding some meat to it makes it not seem so innocent.
But not in all cases. Some black children may befriend others who are a bad influence and lead them down the crime path instead. The father may not be someone involved in crime.
I know, that has to be one of the most stupid and ignorant posts I've ever read on this forum.
It's how kids are brought up that tends to be the cause of that, not their skin colour.
( I shouldn't need to say that)
