    A BIG Bowl - of a Stir fry
    Made with :-
    large 4 full spring greens - 1 clove of garlic & raw ginger
    with half a long green chilli - half a bag of Morrisons stir fry [ with all sorts in there ]
    1 large carrot celery - 2 tinned tomatoes & the sauce too
    Thai sweet chilli sauce -

    With a Sandwich made from :-
    Genius thick sliced small loaf [ Was £2-80 - Reduced to 5p [ bought 3 of them ]
    2 Small but thick slices with 8 coins of Morrison's spicy Spanish Chorizo :p - cucumber Salad cream & Thai sweet chilli sauce

    Began the day with a full tumbler of cold tap water

    Then had all of the exact same ingredients as yesterday's Pineapple smoothie
    But had it all ---- in just one drink :p [ b]A Total of 281 Cals [/b]
    Made from Half a fresh pineapple // de cored - 1 medjool date - 1 dried apricot -12 dried cranberries - 6 almonds - 2 level tsps Jordan's wheat germ

    Then had the first half of the ****Salmon Celery Chilli Rice Tomato Combo****

    =ALL= the ingredients in these 2 meals came to 677 Cals


    Ate the first half of this meal just till before going to see Milo :kitty:
    With him 1-30pm till 6-20pm [ His owners :cool::cool: are back from 10 day hollibobs tonight at 10-30pm ]
    Then took my two :kitty::):kitty: onto the field too for an hour till dark at 7-25pm
    ==================================

    Now:-
    Just had the ****2nd half**** of the above Salmon meal - that I'd made at 1pm


    The BIG meal was made by adding to the 28cm fry pan - in this order :-
    A FULL bunch of celery
    half a long green chilli
    1 medium carrot - cut into coins
    2 tinned tomatoes with some thick tomato juice
    a full pack of [ H&B's ] Slim Rice
    a big sprinkle of the dried herbage
    Lastly added a drained / full tin of wild Salmon / [ John West - 2.5 inches high ]
    Some water and A cap full of blue dragon dark soy sauce
    Added 1 tsp of some Smokey BBQ sauce once it was in the big bowl

    Followed by :- A ** Genius brown bread ** Egg & Chorizo Sandwich
    with the Last of the delicious Morrison's ~Spanish spicy Chorizo~
    ========= 372 Cals

    with 1 tsp each of :-
    Thai sweet chilli sauce & Morrison's light salad cream
    AND A just delivered **free range egg from Bangor**
    Sizzled just in a splash of soy sauce & also covered in a layer of dried herbs
    :p yum !!! :p
    @8-50pm

    Total CALORIES today == 1, 330 ==

    Late last night - Thursday @ midnight
    I ate :o = !!! 3 !!! = packets of ***Walker's salt & vinegar Crisps*** [ 6 pack was £2 - Reduced to 9p ]

    with :- !!!! :o !!!!
    2 slices of Gluten free *Genius thick brown bread* :) [Was £2-30 Reduced to 5p - got 3 little loaves ]
    Both spread generously with pro - activ buttery spread :p
    to help -stick the crunchy piles of crisps- onto the bread
    7 a mug of white Thompson's Punjana tea
    According to myfitnesspal - this midnight snack came to about 750 Calories :o
    but ............. I *really really* did enjoy every single mouthful


    Consequently I am not eating a brekkie
    and just having a drink of Punjana tea right now
