No gay or lesbians to the Qatar world cup

The lovely mr Blatter after a bit of grimacing and giggling told a Sky Press Conference that as Homosexuality is illegal in Qatar, gays and lesbians should refrain from sex if they travel there.

Having just come through Doha airport, I am more worried about the dry status. I could do without sex but not beer!

Nope but if you get found out you could get five years in prison. Nice place to chose for an international tournament.

Let's hope that Portugal don't qualify then. They'll have a hell of a job explaining this away.

I'm pretty sure the test will entail emptying out your suitcase, and them looking for CDs of Erasure & the Pet Shop Boys.

Actually, it will be simple scratch and sniff test. Those staggering of Emirates jets smelling of lager and BO will be let through. Those with natty little eye guards from Jo Malone freshly spritzed with some Tom Ford will be sent back immediatley.
