Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini specs?

Whilst I'm still debating over whether to get the S4 Mini, and with the S5 announcement due imminently, I guess it might be worth holding on for the S5 Mini.
Based on the rumoured specs for the S5, I'm hoping for a 13mp camera (assuming the S5 gets a 16mp one), 16gb on board memory, 2gb Ram and a Snapdragon 600 @ 1.9ghz. 4.3" screen still.
Am I well wide of the mark?
