EE: Billy needs somebody!

I feel so sorry for Billy in the fact that nobody really gives him the light of day unless he's running for the olympics. His love life has been just as tragic and I feel he needs to find a women before it's too late!

I think it's time that Billy settled down with someone (at last) and do a "running off into the sunset" scene with Julia's theme. Billy needs his happily ever after!

    Billy needs to be killed/written out, that's for sure. He annoys me how he has no backbone. Just get rid!

    Couldn't agree more.

    But I would like to see Billy finally wash his hands of Phil, first.
