I've seen sponges with "face" written on once side and "arse" written on the other, just in case one get's confused.

Anything more than dropping your balls in the sink once a week is excessive imo.

    I do that as well

red for feet, black for bum and bits, cream for face and upper body

You don't want to be washing your face with a cloth that's been halfway up your bum !
Is that the sole reason as to why? :D

No flannels in our household. Just scrunchies in the shower where we all go every day and handwash by the sink.

Why would you put a cloth up your bum?

I now use my flannel as handkerchiefs to blow my nose in, I use bath ball scrub in the shower.

Hands soap and water over the bath after I have got most of the poo off using toilet paper. :)

Remember to wash the bath when you finish.:)

But how do you wash a flannel? You can't bleach it like a dishcloth.

This has taken me by surprise !

I use flannels for washing.....must admit that I thought everybody did

It would never have occurred to me that some people might not !

    :o

I've got 8 of them.....I rinse them out and put them on the line each time I use them .....

Same here. I forgot the flannels on hol once and it was a couple of days before I found a shop selling them. I hated just washing my face with my hands.

Yes, everyday. I have tons of them. Some for face, some for body, some for wiping off hair dye when I'm colouring my hair. They all get regularly washed.

I don't see how they're unhygienic, if you wash them properly and regularly - certainly no different to towels.

And I'm amazed that people haven't seen them, all chemists, pound shops and plenty of other shops stock them.

    You're aiming way too low.

If people think that flannels are germ holders, what about those mesh scrunchies (as they're being called here that hang, wet and soapy, forever by the shower?
