I would wonder what her first single would have charted without the x factor
I think 23.
Dannii could of used to the show to plug her single years ago ' Touch me like that ', but had dignity. She could of gotten her first number 1#, but didn't wanna use the show, hence the single charted at 48# ( a well deserved honest peak)....even though the song was hot and should of been promoted . The song was a potential top 10 hit, but as always, Dannii was to lazy to promote.

Not performing on the show isn't having dignity it's having stupidity.

I have no idea whether you're praising Dannii or criticising Cheryl or attacking Dannii... or maybe all of the above.
Promise This is currently #1 on iTunes as I speak, hours before her performance, so clearly the success of the track has little to do with her performing on The X Factor.

Of course it is. It's a poor song being shoved down our throats.
It's actually only 14 on the Radio Airplay charts
(Rihanna's is #10)

This is currently #2 and will again be #1 long before she performs.
So in both cases even without The X Factor the songs would be #1. Granted, sales would've been lower, but #1 none the less.

More by ITV I've found rather than radio. It's Cheryl cole weekend almost, way too much of her for my liking.

Doubt what, exactly?
