No - it's a Nigella one but it's so quick and easy. Really recommend it!

You just heat some garlic oil in a pan (I just oiive oil and added a bit of garlic)

Add your pork chop (I used pork fillet & you have to bash it with rolling pan to flatten it) and fry on a moderate heat for 5 mins a side

Remove and leave on a warm plate (I just stuck on a plate in the oven)

Add 60ml of cider to deglaze the pan and lettle it bubble for a minute,

Stir in 1/2 tablespoon of mustard and 40ml of cream, bubble for 3 mins then pour over. Done

The recipe suggests serving with gnocci (which I've done before and goes well the sauce) but I served with a mound of steamed spinach:)

This thread makes me feel anxious. Some folk eat so much food!!! :p

Or maybe I just dont eat enough?

    Yesterday I had:

    Bfast: banana
Lunch: green tea and a square of dark chocolate
Dinner: we had a curry. We shared each other's, was yum. I had a prawn maghani thing, husband had a lamb passanda.

    Today:

Bfast: not had yet, but going to have a banana, blueberries, sugar and porridge
    Not doing lunch
Early dinner: going to a pub after a walk and I am going to have a lamb burger! Can't wait!

Everytime I buy it I question how I can justify spending £2.49 on a loaf of bread. Then I taste it again & I understand why.

I'm going to try using it to make a bread and butter pudding today. Hopefully it'll be good
