All-in-One with Fax

Hi

Can anyone recommend an "all-in-one printer" that has a fax machine included.

I currently use a Canon MP170 and am happy with it's results, although the cartridges are expensive.

I could do with a machine that has fax capabilities as I've just left my job and no longer have ready access to the fax. I'm a membership secretary for a sports club and could do with a fax to help with registrations etc

My requirements to summarize would be

a) As good a quality as the Canon's photo's
b) Cheaper for ink cartridge's
c) The fax must be compliant with Virgin Media's phone line and
d) mustn't be too expensive

I've been looking at the Epson Stylus Office BC300F but one of the reviews I read said it wouldn't work on their phoneline, which makes me wonder if they are referring to VM.

Any helpful advice would be appreciated
