His smug, sneering, self-satisfied face makes watching 'Pointless' unbearable.

Loved Armstrong and Miller (prior to getting rid of my telly). One of the best sketch shows around. Much prefer dry underplayed clowning like theirs to Little Britain and other similar shows. That advert with him in the wedding marquee, making everyone do the Prince Charming routine instead of rave, was funny as well.

I loved the 'street' RAF pilots and Brabbins and Fyffe.

He is rubbish in sketches. The same look & same exaggeratedly posh shouty voice for each character. At first I hated him in pointless too,but used to him now & find him OK. His voice is more suited to quiz progs rather than sketches IMO.

Well I like him. Like him on Pointless, in ads and especially in Armstrong & Miller, which I think is one of the most underrated sketch shows in recent TV history.

    And incidentally:

    I think he's great.

He was one of the best guest presenters on HIGNFY.

I love the vampire sketch in Armstrong and Miller :D

To be honest, he wouldnt have got the quiz show gigs if it wasnt for Angus Deayton falling out of favour, but other than that, he seems likeable enough.

A safe pair of hands basically.
