The actor who played Finn in Waterloo Road is playing the guy who was in the back of the car, behind the driver. He's a really good actor, as is Nico (the driver),
This reminds me of another drama called Criminal Justice.
It reminds me partly of that and also of one of the episodes of the last series of Jimmy McGovern's own Accused - the one where the two mothers of the boys on the fringe members of a gang fall out because one boy is the victim, the other the murderer.

Don't you mean Finn from My Mad Fat Teenage Diary?
Comments
If its anything like any of McGovern's other masterpieces then expect to learn only his blinkered view of the Law
Anyone watch the Honourable Woman the other night? That looks like watching too.
Action right from the off, nice
Hard hitting already!
BIB: Definitely the first series, with the brilliant Ben Whishaw.
Yeh he played Newt.
Ooooh Daniel Mays too - he's excellent.

I can't watch anyone who pronounces Pizza, Peaser.
I haven't watched MMFTD, but I know Nico was in it.
One of the two who went into the pizza shop, but didn't kill the guy, was also in Waterloo Road playing a character called Finn.
whilst on the subject of Waterloo Road, the pizza shop worker was also in WR as Philip.
good drama so far.
