Quiches

I sometimes get a quiche to have with my sandwiches for lunch at work but I'm pretty bored with the limited supermarket flavours so am going to start making my own. I've some leftover chorizo, red pepper, red onion and manchego cheese in the fridge so that's going to be made into one this weekend. I've a few other ideas for different flavours, so far I'm going to do:

Onion, spinach and anchovy
Bacon, leek and black pudding
Crab and asparagus
Feta, beetroot and spinach

Does anyone have any different ideas and combos that would be good that aren't just the usual quiche flavours?

Not what you asked for I know but M&S do a nice salmon and broccoli quiche but my favourite is the vegetable one they do. Far nicer than other supermarkets quiches.

Salmon is one of my favourite types of quiche too, although probably not unusual!
    Tuna quiche is lovely.
Cauliflower cheese goes well on quiche, although depends if it would last well if taken into work?
BBC has some nice looking ideas - pea and spring onion tart, mushroom and spinach, smoked haddock and spring onion particularly nice.
