  I think this might be a bit of a damp squib...
  
  Fake evictees get told they are going to secretly watch the housemates.
  
  The housemates are told they are watching so wind them up by saying nasty things about them.
  
  Fake evictees return: "You b*******!!! We heard EVERYTHING!"
  House mates tell them they knew they were listening all along.
  Fake evictees: "oh..."
  
  Then everything goes back to normal again!

  I don't recall them saying the house will be in on their bitching sessions, just that the house will know that the 2 haven't been evicted. They haven't said the house will watch them have they? That'd be dull viewing for us ... watching housemates watch TV
