have been to many places, but i loved the warm freindliness of turkey, and you get an amazing suntan too 
so where is your favourite holiday destination?

My fav is anywhere that has a clear blue sky, sunshine, clean beaches, and good food. Oh, and it must also good value for money.
No, the world is a big place and there's so much of it to see. Why waste time and miss out on experiences by going back to the same places?
this yr i'm renting a cabin in SE scotland in august for one week as we all love the scenery and peacefullness. then i'm hoping to get a week in Turkey or Egypt for half term in October if money allows.

I am with you, the parks, the space center, the beaches, the spanish parts if you want them

It's like that in all of the Dubai shops as well- no tax at all!
Imagine how much we'd save if the UK scrapped VAT on goods.

Luckly for me the OH only gets an hour in Dubai to spend or I'd be very skint
The attractions, the shops, the nice food.....the only thing that I didn't like was the blistering heat.
Dixons is a rip off, and doesn't do jewellery, alcohol or even perfume.

Same here! We go again in July - I would go every year if we could afford to. Sea World is my favourite place there (especially the Shamu show!)
In between saving up we quite like the Greek Islands especially Zante for a nice relaxing holiday

It's our stop off to the Maldives usually my last trip to Dubai where we stayed over cost me a fortune.
So now she gets an hour

We only got back in November from our 1st trip and loved it. I had loads of photos and then some scum waiter stole it :mad: (ok I accidentally left it on the table but for a 4* hotel I would expect better!).
Go there every summer.
Also go to Spain where my relatives live.
Wonderful places.
