Sky go on the Xbox

keep getting a message stating that a 3rd device is trying to connect when the other registered device being my laptop is switched off and no one else knows password, is this some sort of a technical problem or has someone obtained my password?

    You can manage the devices are registered with your Sky Go account by signing in to Sky Go using your laptop, accessing the Settings menu and selecting Manage Devices.

    This should give you a list of all devices registered. If there is someone else using your account on a device that you do not recognise, you can delete it and then change your password to keep the cheeky bugger out.

    Have you had any other devices of your own using Sky Go? (smartphone, ipad etc) If one of these has been added in the last month, you won't be able to add your Xbox until that month is up.

    If none of that's not the case, give Sky a call, and they should be able to reset it all for you.
