    No concrete guarantee but generally they would be much better and backed up better legally.

    You'd hope so, wouldn't you? Sadly not guaranteed these days..Too many people frightened of losing what employment they have to complain....Sad state of affairs, but, there you go..
    I'm not suggesting that any of the companies mentioned are guilty of any exploitation...Just that it's becoming endemic in the UK...:mad::(
    IMO minimum wage is exploitation as it's not a "living" wage...
