  Waiting for it to be online to double check but I did think I briefly saw a silhouette of someone who wasn't any of the known characters.

  I actually thought I saw the 8th Doctor but after seeing it again it looks to be Kate Stewart.

  Was that by chance the men walking with their backs to the camera in silhouette... I thought Timothy Dalton/ Rassilon

  No that was pretty clearly Rassilon (or at least some Time Lords).
  
  
  It was the silhouette of Kate Stewart that I thought was the 8th Doctor (same wavey hair ).

  I just thought he meant why are the 10, 11 and Hurt's doctor together, not ALL of the doctors.
