    As an east midlander, the ATV and Central ones evoke nostalgia for me. The ATV one was around since at least the 1970s, and always used to fascinate me, with those three interlinked, colour circles growing on the screen, then changing into two interlinked ovals.

    The most UK TV logo of the 80's were boring.

    I loved SKY channel's, The Children's Channel's ,Channel 4's were the best at that time.

    Anglia of course - except the Knight was retired during the 1980's.

    The replacement flag still looks modern today.

    In the 70s one of my friend's dad was a graphic designer. His mate did the Yorkshire TV logo. The one I always remember was the Thames TV one. The 70s ones are more iconic than the bland 80s ones.
