Changing boxes around?

We have two tivo boxes and two v boxes and would like to change a v box for a tivo. The v box cables all came out easy enough but the aerial on the Tivo is very difficult to get out. We don't want to force it and cause damage, can anybody offer advice or help?

they unscrew either end, its probably quite tight, try undoing the other end, and leave the wire in place,
the wire is the same, unless u have more length on one,
if it the wall box, they are connected into a steel box, u could apply a little more force, with care,
if its on the set box end, there are solid enough, but be more careful
but as said, the cable are the same, so there is not an issue to keep them, if its stuck on the wall box,

also always power the boxes off first, before undoing the F Connectors
