In our all female heat - Carla, Audrey and Hayley make the Top 15 whilst Emily, Julie and Gloria are eliminated at this point. This heat was the first one where I was convinced who the top 3 would be just by looking at who was in it, and the voting definitely reflects that with the top 3 way ahead of the rest. Carla maintained a pretty strong lead, whilst it was insanely close between Audrey and Hayley with each of them swapping places pretty much with every vote - so it was only fitting that they tied in the end! On the other side Emily managed 4th place, whilst Gloria finished at the bottom with a pretty low percentage.

Top 15: Gail McIntyre, Steve McDonald, Rita Tanner, Leanne Tilsley, Sally Webster, Mary Taylor, Carla Barlow, Audrey Roberts, Hayley Cropper...

So mostly females through so far with Steve being the sole male - will that change with this next male dominated heat?

Toughest heat of this round yet for me - the first three all feature in my Top 8, with all but Eva in my Top 20. Like everyone in this heat so it won't annoy me who goes through but obviously my preference would be my first three. Roy is a cert to get through though, and I imagine he'll be joined by David and Peter in the Top 15.
