Not enough information. Those specs say zero about what connectors are on the computer. And just as important are what connectors are on the TV.

With no information to go on I can only be generic. You need compatible connectors on both TV and PC. This could be...

HDMI on TV with either HDMI or DVI on PC
VGA on TV and VGA on PC

If the PC only has VGA and the TV only HDMI then things get very messy and you are into external boxes to convert VGA to HDMI.

But if you tell us either what connections are on both TV and computer or the exact make and model of both it will be a lot easier to be specific and tell you if it is possible and if so what you need to accomplish a connection.

Given the spec of the PC, I guess it has a VGA connector. VGA are easy to spot as they are 15-pin blue sockets both on the TV and the PC.

If it is VGA you will have to think of a way to get sound from the PC to the TV too.

    Motherboard connections shown here http://postimg.org/image/9ytp6ylfn/

So, video would be from the VGA port (12) and audio would come from the line out port (7)

Depends though on what connections are on the TV
