Samsung TV Engineers menus

Is there anyway of accessing the engineers/service menu on a Samsung TV? I need to change the geometry of my picture, there is no overscan at all and i regularly get black or white lines going down the sides of my picture.

    depending on the model, try pressing the following on the remote when the tv is on : -

    standby
    display
    menu
    mute

    Yep, that worked. Now i've adjusted the vertical size, but when trying to adjust the horizontal all i can do is move it not stretch it? Any ideas?
