Genuinely funny comedies?
There are tons of comedies out there and this is somewhat inspired by the 'Why do people like horror films?' thread - what comedies have you found laugh out loud funny?
The most recent one I remember for me was The Heat, which I watched back in January. I loved it! My favourite scene that had me laughing out loud was when Sandra Bullock went into the meeting room and started swearing (badly) at everyone and then exited the room while dragging her middle finger across the window.
There are a lot of comedies out there and some I just don't get. Some recent ones I can remember were We're The Millers and This Is The End - I didn't find those too enjoyable. On the other end - and I know I'll be flogged for this - I did laugh at Movie 43 is. It was such a strange movie that you just had to laugh at how silly it was!
How about you?

Caddyshack - Worth watching the feature length documentary(on the blu-ray) on the making of the film. The script was pretty much made up as they went along, and most of Bill Murray, Chevy Chase and Rodney Dangerfield's lines were ad libbed.

Animal House
