I noticed that - the amount of ****s given for Nile rogers was terrible but i put that down to the audience still reeling from the result, however zero cheers for little mix and Taylor swift was awkward.

Well nobody cares about Little Mix and also they can't believe Taylor Swift hasn't gone away yet! Can't believe she's gonna push that Gary Lightbody song again after all this time. It's a good song but bloody hell just END this era!

Nile Rogers is anything but lacklustre. He's an absolute legend

Taylor Swift is hardly lacklusture although the track with Gary Lightbody is average, she should have bought Stay Stay Stay out as a single

Maybe the youngsters in the audience had never heard of him?

Cringing when there was no reaction to any of the 3 announced guests!

'lacklustre guests' aka not a super sexy boyband or a stan-worthy popstar ;)
That is the audience every week.

I have to admit to not knowing who Nile is :o However, he must be quite big though considering he's been given a slot on the Saturday show, which is rare. Taylor Swift and Gary Lightboy will be amazing, I think the song is fantastic and very haunting. That could be a special performance :)

I can understand him being on as he produced a lot of the disco classics to be murdered next week.

He produced some of the early Madonna tracks as well I think.

He would be completely unknown to the traditional X factor audience though

Have you never heard Get Lucky which was the biggest song of the summer? Look him uo on wiki and see how many massive hits he's written and produced and look at how many 21st century dance tracks have sampled his songs

It's a shame that Nile Rogers will be thought of as an absolute nobody by so many people viewing the show :( What's he even doing on there?

Nile Rogers and Chic will be amazing. Taylor Swift is always good but not sensational. I have no interest in Pick 'n' Mix.

It was the same last weekend when they announced Gaga, the audience probably blethering away about the result and ignoring Dermot. Still, it's not as good a line-up next weekend.

Then again, I was a bit apathetic about Gaga and she delivered. Swift won't be mad like that but her BRIT's performance was great so maybe something like that could surprise. She was a bit dull on BGT and I fear we're going to get something like that, particularly if it's a performance with the guy from Snow Patrol.

Nile Rogers isn't a big name to announce but could turn out to be a bit of a treat I guess.

Little Mix have been slaying it on other XF versions, so hopefully they'll be good.

Swift is horrendous live and the UK just isn't a fan of country.
