I don't like the new venue.It looks too small and the sound is terrible.
Why don't they try somewhere like Wembley Arena next year and have lots of fans attend. Go LIVE and have someone perform aswell.

It's almost worth Corrie not winning for me, just for the sheer pleasure of seeing Eggs Bornadick not be able to charge up on to the stage, knocking aside the rest of the cast in his eagerness to collect the award and bathe in the glory. :D

Yeh it was nice seeing the cast from the other soaps happy, Jason and Hayley from Corrie looked really happy for them. Also nice to see Denise and Ian EE congratulate Bryan

Arena is The 02,Wembley,NEC,MEN not Hackney Empire. That was just shit. Too small and really didn't work. You couldn't make out who was from which soap in points. It looked like EastEnders and Hollyoaks were mixed at one point.

I haven't read the whole thread, but my first impressions of tonight's awards that the venue was pretty shite wasn't it? Why does anyone from Doctors even turn up? Have they ever won anything? Looked like ITV scrimped on this awards ceremony this year. To me that was glaringly obvious.
