Nah, I'm still on the Brittana bus myself. I love Heather though, and her and Artie are hideous and infantile. Anyway Achele fans would go mental(ler). Double the outburst.

IMO though, they definitely were referring that somethings happened between Santana and Quinn. Who knows in the ever-changing world of hook-ups in Glee, maybe they were assuming all three had been involved, after all she made the comment when all three of them were on the bed.

    Anyway, mind out of gutter.

I think its always kinda been implied about Quinn, just not enough to make a big deal about it. Like in the first series where they mention that she drew pornographic pictures of Rachel on a toilet wall. Im sure there was something else, I can't really remember though.
and as for "Quintana" please no.

    Uhm...what's achele?

    EDIT: Nevermind Googled it.

As for Quinntana, it was just a joke - but isn't that exactly how Brittana started? :D

Romantic story arcs for next season will undoubtedly be - Will/Emma, Brittany/Santana, Mercedes/Sam and Quinn/???

Not including Finchel or Klaine because they are already together and I can't see any third-wheels or relationship problems for them, most of their plots will hopefully be external problems and nothing to do with any more boring love triangles.

Brittana started because the writers were taking the piss out of Heather and Nayas friendship, I think haha. so yeah I guess it did start out as a joke. *panics*

Brittana - so I liked this, but I sort of didn't like it at the same time, mainly because I'm confused about what Santana's "look" meant. It was ambiguous and open to interpretation - Brittany told her she loved her more than anything in the world and that anything with them is possible, and Santana call's her "her best friend", again I took this to mean that Santana is still retreating. I'm irked that all other couples on the show (even Mercedes) seemed to be in a definitive place, yet Brittana seem to still be at the same place they were 3 or 4 episodes ago. I get that it needs to be done in a way they can continue it into season 3, but I honestly thought we would have gotten a kiss or acknowledgement if they are going to be a couple. Instead we got left with this ambiguous look of worry from Santana and another declaration of love (which they have been doing for the last few episodes) and now we don't know where its going. I felt that (along with Will and Emma) they didn't really know what to do with this couple in the finale.

The scene was a bit ambiguous, wasn't it? It could be that Santana is realising that regardless of what her and Brit feel for one another, the two of them are perhaps ultimately (much like Finn and Rachel--I can't really see Finn leaving Ohio for the bright lights of NYC) destined to go on separate paths so even if they do get together next season, the relationship wouldn't last beyond graduation. Just a thought.

Still the best musical performance of this season (perhaps the entire show) IMO. :)

Maybe only matched by Rachel's 'Don't rain on my parade'.

Actually i think she said "I'm flattered but I'm not that into that."

Implying she's a little bit into it. My mind has been blown. Funny scene. :D

Long-time lurker here! Here are my thoughts on the finale

    - Loved the opening shot of Rachel in New York. In fact, loved them being in New York in general, particularly Kurt and Rachel's breakfast at Tiffany's as well as For Good.

    - Some great one-liners as usual (Puck on romantic comedies made me LOL).

    - Samcedes. When I first saw this I thought it was a bit of a desperate attempt by the writers to give these something to do. However, on second thoughts I think it could turn into a sweet little relationship (as long as it doesn't go down the same road as Tina and Mike, who have been criminally underused this season).

    - Although I knew Will would stay with the kids (how could he not?!) I couldn't help feeling a little underwhelmed that his Broadway dream came to nothing - or just singing one of Matthew Morrison's own songs (oh dear...).

    - I don't really want to mention Finchel, as even though I think they should be endgame, at the minute I find them ridiculously boring, especially when there are far more interesting relationships that deserve to be developped. I actually felt the kiss was a bit of an anti-climax, as we'd already had their date earlier in the episode and yet it was still super super predictable.

    - Brittany and Santana. Left a bit vague. Maybe the writers wanted to leave a few loose ends, which personally I don't mind as long as next season we get an amazing Brittana moment. If Santana did come out to everyone and say she loved Brittany, in this episode I think it could be lost a little amongst all the other stuff that was happening, so in a way I'm glad it was left as it was. We also got some amazing Brittany moments with My Cup, and her little speech at the end.

    - Original songs. Bad bad idea in my opinion. Even though I knew they could never win at Nationals (where would that leave us next year?), I still wanted there to be a 'wow' moment. Instead, we just got a Finchel kiss. I liked Original Song, but please can we go back to covers now??? :p

    - Quinn's hair. I'm sorry, but this just has to be the worst 'plan' ever. However, I did like seeing a bit of character development for Quinn, with her saying how she wants to be loved.

I'm sure I've forgotten loads and I know I have moaned like crazy but on the whole I did quite enjoy the episode, and the whole Rachel-and-Kurt-in-New-York-living-their-dreams thing was enough for me to be satisfied with the episode, as was Blaine's I love you!!

At the end of the last episode Quinn at the end said she had something planned for Finn in New York.. What was this exactly? All in all it was a great last episode, just not as good as last years :)

Thats what I thought she said too. But by saying that means she's experienced it and therefore had a gay experience which would suggest that it useda be a thing between those guys too and Quinn's the one that wasn't all that into it. Because I'm assuming she didn't go anywhere near that sorta thing with Sam or Finn and I don't see Puck being all to bothered about anything that wouldn't get him off more than Quinn. (I feel really seedy talking about this :o)
But I really think that may have been a bit of a throwaway line that, at first was for comedy, but when you look into it is a bit like Brittany's lines in season 1 like "If sex meant people were dating then me and santana would be dating". I don't see them going any further than that line but I think thats what it implied. Just me?

    Good question :D
To ruin the glee club was basically all we got and then just a haircut instead. Didn't really add up. If anything it was more of a spur of a moment thing what with Kurt and Rachel disappearing, she could get them suspended and then ND couldnt perform.

    My episode List:

    1. Born This Way - just amazing.
    2. Rumours - I loved everything about this. The amazing songs of Fleetwood Mac, Lots of Chord Overstreet.
    3. Duets - Again, quite a bit of Chord, and I loved all the songs
    4. Prom Queen - a fun episode, good coming after Rumours and BTW
    5. Furt - Makes me smile everytime I watch it
    6. New York
    7. Silly Love Songs
    8. Never Been Kissed - Introduction of Warblers made this awesome
    9. Funeral - Emotional, anything that makes me cry that much has to be good
    10. Blame it on the alcohol
    11. Special Education - I'm a rare one on this.. But i really liked having the focus on others.
    12. Sexy
    13. The substitute - The mini glee clubbers !
    14. The Sue Sylvester Shuffle - nice, not amazing but some sweet moments
    15. Original Song - I was never keen on it. It had its moments of greatness but not enough to make it my favourite.
    16. Grilled Cheesus - lovely moments with Kurt, amazing performace from Puck but ruined by Finn for me
    17. Comeback - This would've been pretty good if it hadn't made such a jump from Sam trying to keep Quinn to not wanting her so quickly
    18. Audition - didn't wow me..
    19. A Very Glee Christmas - works for christmas, but not for the rest of the year. Not great when your watching it on e4 in february..
    20. Britney Brittany - just felt like "lets honour Britney with no really story to do so..
    21. Rocky Horror - felt like a waste of time tbh
    22. A Night of Neglect - the horror! Only good bit was Blaine/Kurt/Santana v Karofsky

On top of that, which songs (from all seasons) are you addicted to? Anyone got a top ten?

Don't know about both seasons, that would be too hard to pick only 10, but I've got my top 10 from this season. So 9 out of 10 feature Rachel :o, I did try to add others but couldn't decide on which ones to take out, but in my defence there are only 2 solos :D. I have 69 in my spotify playlist, (but that includes the whole Warblers album, with some songs I don't like), so it was very hard to cut down to 10.

There are some, that have not made the list, but ones that I had written off when I heard them in the episode, but have know grown on me. "Kiss" from Sexy and "I Follow Rivers" from A Night of Neglect, are two I've recently started to like. I even now love Animal, which I didn't like Kurt's vocals on at first.
    1. My Man (Rachel)
    2. For Good (Rachel/Kurt)
    3. Get It Right (Rachel)
    4. Don't Cry For Me Argentina
    5. Don't You Want Me (Rachel/Blaine)
    6. Somewhere Only We Know (Blaine)
    7. Rolling in the Deep (Rachel/Jesse)
    8. I Feel Pretty/Unpretty (Rachel/Quinn)
    9. Happy Days are Here Again/Get Happy (Rachel/Kurt)
    10. Take Me or Leave Me (Rachel/Mercedes)

They're all songs I've replayed constantly after the episodes, and still do.

She hasn't got Twitter, any you see are fakes. She seems to really dislike it.

Yet she was doing an odd running commentary for Womans Health Mag, on twitter. She basically said she preferred Bartie, thus.

"Just FYI, Artie and Brittany belong together! Sorry I’m so biased, but I just think they complement each other perfectly. #BrittanyonGlee"

Hence much gnashing of teeth, and general consternation amongst the Brittana ship.

That was tweeted right when the 'heartfelt' Brittana scene aired too. Wonder if she is uncomfortable with gay for pay or if it is a simple preference issue. Bartie was so short lived, underdeveloped and not even written with that endgame couple feel. =/

...For Good was just as epic and amazing as I’d hoped it would be, plus the adorable Breakfast at Tiffany’s scene. THIS is the friendship that I totally want for the rest of the show – in fact, if Ryan Murphy and co do nothing else but structure season 3 around Kurt and Rachels’ relationships (with each other and everyone else), I’d be completely happy...

I agree with so much of your post, but most especially the BIB.

    Just watched it again :o:D

Ok so my favourite 10 Glee songs (not going to split it into seasons, it's late and I can't be bothered!!)

    1. It's still Don't Rain On My Parade (Rachel) - it just sums up Glee to me.
    2. I Feel Pretty/Unpretty (Rachel & Quinn) - I never thought I'd love a song with Quinn on it!
    3. For Good (Rachel & Kurt) - epic!
    4. I Wanna Hold Your Hand (Kurt) - so beautiful
    5. Take Me Or Leave Me (Rachel & Mercedes)
    6. Journey Medley (New Directions)
    7. Marry You (New Directions)
    8. To Sir With Love (New Directions) - makes me tear up every time!
    9. Open Your Heart/Borderline (Rachel and Finn)
    10. Need You Now (Rachel & Puck)

Oh and an honourable mention for all the wrong reasons: Run Joey Run :D:D I also loved My Man but I don't think I've heard it enough to love it over all the other 10 yet.

I'm sure I'll think of loads of my favourites that I missed but those are the 10 that immediately spring to mind :)

Really difficult to pick out the songs (and to separate the song from performance). On performance alone I'd be going with stuff like Run Joey Run and Push It but obviously not on the songs themselves! My list - after being unbelievably harsh to myself, I've not allowed season 1 and 2 separate lists - I can't rank these so don't make me:

For good (Rachel + Kurt + Wicked = Heaven)
Happy days are here again/Get happy (again Rachel/Kurt duets make me happy)
Don't rain on my parade (Doesn't get better than Rachel doing Streisand)
Ain't no way (Best Mercedes solo ever)
I want to hold your hand (Just crying thinking about this vocal!)
Someone to love (Best group number - I miss harmonies like this, bring back for season 3)
Teenage dream (when I fell in love with Blaine, along with everyone else!)
Raise your glass (makes me want to dance)
I feel pretty/Unpretty (just so so gorgeous, never thought I'd love a song with Dianna singing but this is the best mash-up they've ever done)
Empire state of mind (Best group number of season 2)

These are the 10 songs that I can replay over and over and just never get bored of. I'm surprised to discover only 2 season 1 songs (although most of my nearly songs were season 1 - Proud Mary, Bad romance, Don't stop believing, 4 minutes, A house is not a home).

Mhm top 10 songs you say? Very hard.

    1. Don't Rain On My Parade - Rachel
    2. River Deep, Mountain High - Santana & Mercedes
    3. I feel Pretty/Unpretty - Rachel & Quinn
    4. Valerie - Santana (Brittany/Mike choreography)
    5. Don't Stop Believing - Rachel & Finn
    6. Somebody to Love - Glee Club
    7. Poker Face - Shelby & Rachel
    8. My Man - Rachel
    9. Songbird - Santana
    10. Take me or Leave me - Rachel & Mercedes

Very close between 1 & 2, I honestly can't pick, both great performances, Rachel's probably only has the edge because it was at nationals.

Notable mentions: Warblers - Teenage Dream, New York New York/I Love New York - Glee Club, Time Warp - Glee club, Happy days are here again/Get happy - Rachel & Kurt.

My favorite singers are Rachel and Santana and I thought my list would be bias, but actually thinking back these are genuinely the best songs & performances - they need to give others more solo's next season so Rachel has competition. :)

I'm only going to list Season 2 songs, Season 1 trumps season 2 big time for me so i don't think any season 2 song would make a top 10 overall list :D.

In no order my 10 best are probably:

    Pretending - Rachel & Finn
    Jar of Hearts - Rachel
    Sing - ND
Go Your Own Way - Rachel
    I Feel pretty/Unpretty - Rachel & Quinn
Take Me or Leave Me - Rachel and Mercedes
Damn It Janet - Finn & Rachel
    One Of Us - ND
    Pure Imagination - ND
I Love New York/New York New York - ND

    Honourable mentions :

    Marry You - ND
For Good - Rachel & Kurt
    Time Warp - ND
I've Gotta Be Me - Finn
Need You Now - Rachel & Puck
With You I'm Born Again (yes i'm serious :p) - Rachel & Finn
Stop In The Name/Free You Mind - ND Boys

Looking at that there's quite a lot really but still Season 1 is better :D. Loads of Rachel though, loads of Finn too but no surprises there :D.
