    Is this an authorised venture?

That list of films and programmes looks expensive as it includes BBC and CFF content.

Most Grange Hill was longer than 20 minutes

If its legit then good luck - it sounds interesting.
If its not , I wouldn't expect it to last too long

Of course, this is just fantasy (we get a thread like this every six months) but, supposing you do launch this, I really hope the copyright holders sue you and your friend...

Some 90s/early 00s stuff like Zzzap, Bernard's Watch, Harry and the Wrinklies, Get Your Own Back, the first series of the Pokemon cartoon, Art Attack and maybe even some of the old schools programmes (for nostalgia purposes of course ;)).

How dare someone dream of doing something. Much prefer people making an effort to people on the dole claiming money for sod all.

Even though I'm only 15, I barely ever watched any of the British kids shows. My favourite TV show when I was 3 was Kenan And Kel:D:cool::)

Compared to a business built entirely on theft? Yeah, pretty much actually would.

EDIT: Working on the assumption that the content isn't cleared which would have been the context for your post. If it isn't then good luck to the OP, though he is going to need it as there precisely zero chance that such a station is financially sustainable or you're going to be able to go around and clear individual broadcast rights in a week.

I seem to rememeber a while ago a lad said he had purchased a whole load of programming from BBC worldwide to launch a classic kid channel.

It seems to have come true but I bet its a load of dvd's which will be capped to show via veetle

Online? If a channel has acquired all of the licenses and rights to broadcast all of these shows why would they only be online? It would not be worth it really.

A handful of series 3 episodes were as they were short of money .
They made some shorter and cut the run to 16
