Sky FTTC Exchange delays.

Sky FTTC Exchange delays.

I was told by the Sky Fibre team that i'd be able to order the FTTC product for sure at the start of June and was told to keep checking on the website. Still not available.. anyone else had delays?

BT Have been taking orders since March.

BT Have been taking orders since March.
My situation is similar - Sky's web site gives "cannot order this" while BT Infinity says they could do it.

However, as Sky's website gives no reasons, it is hard to pin it down between LLU equipment needing an update or inaccurate data from Openreach.

Once a cab is full it is tough, you need to wait for someone to leave a FTTC service to get a connection.

This may or may not be the reason.

Ohh you're near me

I'm on denburn exchange but i have different problem

i have sky fttc (which is pretty bleh i'm one of the customers with the half throughput issue which is still not resolved i would say well away from sky till its fixed see here for more details http://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Fibr...ed/td-p/413509) but can not get BT

BT on the phone said i must not have fibre maybe a virgin cable service idiots an openreach engieer came and fitted it lol
