Awful EE

DTC just seems full of **** and preaches how great the show is. IMH it's just old storylines with different characters. Such a waste.

It was 5x better than last night's episode. The ending was really effective and the performances were very raw. Only thing which I hoped we had of seen mpre of was Sylvie.

    Thank you for that.

I loved it. I like The Misery. Tonight proved what a fantastic cast EastEnders really has.
Outstanding acting from some of the cast.

Nonsense. Misery doesn't equate to dire. Happy clap nonsense is dire

Agreed. Give me Drama over happy clappy rubbish anyday.

If I want Happy I will watch a comedy or a nice slushy Film.

EastEnders is not and never will be a happy show it's at best when it does ''Misery'' and if anyone thinks other wise they don't know the show properly.

I didn't enjoy the episode that much, I hated the combination of both of the reveals it just didn't feel right and it was pretty slow and with nothing else interesting what alongside it.

    Oh give me a break,

It's either too miserable or too happy. Eastenders at Christmas SHOULD be miserable. It's tradition. The episode was a well written fall out that dealt with multiple revelations.

I've got my fingers crossed that Linda has left, I only hope that Mick goes to look for her.

Danny Dyer's acting was shocking, he stooped to an all time low.

But when I stopped that distracting me, it was an ok episode.

A proper showdown between Dean & Mick was needed.

I thought it was great, last nights episode was good but I think the hype ultimately ruined it a bit, whereas tonights episode was just outstanding from start to finish. All of the performances were great but Danny Dyers in particular stood out. Really really brilliant episode and the ending was so heartbreaking.

For the people complaining that it's too dark and depressing, Eastenders has always been the serious and dramatic one. We all knew what was going to happen and that these episodes in particular would be heavy. Why watch it and then complain?

I'm not convinced by his acting either but, like you, I didn't let that spoil it for me and I enjoyed the episode.

    Oh God, YOU'RE back.

Are you going to get as obsessed with Kellie Bright as you were/are with Jo Joyner?

Stopped being a regular character back in 2006. Now when I catch it it's all Belle with Panto Comedy. No thank you.
